Cooker hoods

If you connect the cooker hood to the air handling unit you can use the same ducts and fans to keep the home free of odours and moisture. You can also get smart functions that compensate for the pressure differences created by the cooker fan.

Rotary heat exchanger

The rotary heat exchanger consists of a large quantity of pleated aluminium foil, which is rolled up into a wheel. The warm extract air heats the aluminium and then transfers the heat energy to the colder supply air. This is the most efficient method for energy recovery with a degree of efficiency that always exceeds 80%.

Counter-flow plate heat exchanger

Thin aluminium plates are arranged crosswise so that they form parallel air gaps. For dry extract air, temperature recovery is around 80-90 %, but in practice it is 70-80 % as defrosting technology is needed to manage the freezing of the moist extract air.
