Reference case: From frustration to success – a digital solution
The newly built school in Skara, Sweden, faced challenges with the indoor climate. Both students and teachers were unhappy and the property manager considered, as a last resort, closing the school. After persistent attempts to make changes and adjustments, Swegon was given the opportunity to review and optimise the system. Together we turned things around and complaints dropped with 85%.
We took some time to review the existing system and, aside from a few actual adjustments inside the school, our initial suggestion was to do an update of the existing WISE system for the demand controlled ventilation.
Once that was done and everything worked as intended, we agreed to also add digital services from Swgon INSIDE to the school. Now, we were sure that the school was equipped for a better future and, indeed, the compaints declined by 85% quite quickly.
