Below is a short introduction of each expert featured in this interview chapter. As they come from different parts of Swegon and are based in various locations around the world, they bring different perspectives and knowledge from their area of expertise. Christina Dilallo

Christina Dilallo leads the Vibro Acoustics business within Swegon North America. With around ten years at Swegon and a background spanning marketing, strategy and business leadership, she works at the intersection of technical expertise and customer value. Her team focuses on acoustics, vibration isolation and restraint systems for HVAC applications, helping create buildings that are not only quieter and more comfortable, but also safer and better prepared for extreme events.

Fabio Polo

Fabio Polo is part of Swegon’s cooling and heatingorganisation in Cantarana, Italy, where he worksclosely with chillers and reversible heat pumps forglobal markets. With around 20 years of HVACexperience and nine years at Swegon, he supportssales teams and customers in selecting the rightsolution for each project, while also helping connectmarket needs, legislation and product strategy. Hisfocus is not only on product performance, but onhow cooling and heating can contribute to a moreefficient, future-ready indoor climate system.

Anders Jakobsson

Anders Jakobsson is Technical Product Manager atSwegon, with a background inresearch, development and technical leadershipacross several industries. With nearly three years atSwegon, and more than 20 years of experience inproduct development and innovation, he brings abroad and practical perspective to the field of airhandling units. His work centres on understandingcustomer needs, translating technical complexityinto clear value, and helping shape future productpriorities.

Christoph Kaup

Prof. Dr. Christoph Kaup is part of Swegon’s AirHandling Modular business unit. With close to fourdecades of HVAC experience, he combines deeptechnical expertise in energy technology withapplied informatics and business administration. He isalso an honorary professor and an active lecturerand has long contributed to the industry throughpublications and association leadership.

Caroline Jacobsson

Caroline Jacobsson works in business development, with a focus on the circular economy within Swegon’s organisation. With nearly nine years at Swegon, she has developed deep expertise in how circular business models can be applied to technical installations and HVAC systems. Her work focuses on helping the building and property sector reduce embodied carbon, scale circular solutions and rethink how products are specified, upgraded and reused.
