A LinkedIn series

The following topics were presented on LinkedIn over a six-month period in 2026. Even though this is almost a snapshot of what was being done within RE:3 during that time, the series summarises our efforts and indicates a future direction quite well.

Series presented in a first post

This spring, we are proud to launch a LinkedIn series to show the practical use of RE:3, our concept for circularity in the built environment. We will share our expertise and present examples that really make a difference.

Materials can account for up to half of buildings’ total carbon footprint, which means that the real estate sector’s ambitious sustainability targets cannot be achieved by focusing on operational energy alone. RE:3 demonstrates how to reduce the embodied carbon footprint in buildings, both in new construction and renovation projects.

Through RE:3, we take responsibility for:

  • RE:duce – reducing embodied carbon in our products through alternative materials and design adaptations.
  • RE:use – taking back products, refurbishing and making them available to the market again.
  • RE:vitalise – extending products’ lifespan by making updates on site.

Stay tuned, together we can make the built environment more sustainable, one step at a time.
