Central AHU

Swegon GOLD offers a perfect air handling unit for centralised ventilation in apartment buildings meeting all the requirements for airflow, draft and noise levels. GOLD offers best in the class energy efficiency and reduced embodied carbon due to the use of recycled materials

Preconfigured GOLD air handling units have been test-run at the factory and each unit includes a factory-installed automation system (sensors, software, wiring). The user interface is clear and easy to use, and it can be accessed via the unit’s local control panel, a computer, or a mobile device.

An open automation system enables data to be integrated into a Building Management System (BMS). with standard communication protocols such as Modbus RTU/TCP or BACnet.

Unique ability to refurbish and upgrade the unit in the field, substantially prolonging the unit’s lifetime and saves both time, resources and CO2 emissions.

Central air handling unit can also be complemented with other Swegon air handling units, such as GLOBAL and CASA, to cover specific areas detached from residential area, such as common spaces or combined commercial areas in the same building.
