Monitoring

Monitor consumed and recovered energy, SFP values, fan power, and temperature efficiency in real time. Get an overview directly in the hand‑held terminal or internal webpage and access log graphs for deeper insights. By connecting your GOLD unit to the cloud, you can get an overview of the system and forward alarms to your email via the INSIDE Portal. All this is always included for free. Add sensors and pulse counters for more details. 

Valve monitoring with automatic alerts for valve actuator deviations and temperature efficiency limits supports quick troubleshooting and is available for all types of water coils​.

Liquid flow measurement gives highly accurate measurement of liquid flow and liquid temperature on the supply and return flow as well as energy data for heating and cooling. Liquid flow measurement is unique to GOLD and more precise compared to measurements in ventilation ducts where temperature stratification may occur.​ Alarms are generated if the heating/cooling coil emits heat/cooling when not needed, to help detect deviations or leakage early.

Reporting

Energy reports are easily generated via the INSIDE Portal and can be tailored to your needs for level of detail and time intervals. 

INSIDE Portal is a free platform that gathers all your connected Swegon products in one place and serves as the central hub and access point to additional INSIDE (digital) services. Real-time key data is presented as well as a list of activated alarms. The INSIDE portal also has a user-friendly tool for generating and exporting energy reports and you can trigger alarm notifications via email. INSIDE Portal is always included and free of charge.

Energy data can also be integrated directly into a customer’s own report templates using INSIDE Integration - a service that helps smart buildings with Swegon products to organise and share data more efficiently.

Optimisation

Get the most out of your unit. Basic maintenance such as changing filters is critical, but activating relevant control functions can also boost energy efficiency.​

Remote monitoring, comparison and optimisation is possible using different INSIDE services.​ This allows you to fine‑tune performance over time without site visits and keep the unit(s) running at optimal efficiency as building needs change.​
