BlueBox Technical Training

Two distinct but co-located training tracks for BlueBox units.

Track 1 TSBI (Installation Training): A one-day course for contractors, installers & Chiller Service Technicians focusing on BlueBox Heat Pump & Chillers installation best practices, including unloading, rigging, mounting, and general procedures.

Track 2 TSB01 (Service Technician Training): A two-day comprehensive course for service technicians covering commissioning, operation, and troubleshooting of BlueBox Heat Pump & Chiller units. Also covering, expected operating conditions, working with the iPro Controller through the Dixell HMI, and a general troubleshooting guide.
