The U4X Hybrid system is a multifunctional climate ceiling system for different room temperature control and acoustic requirements. A special feature of the system is the thermal integration of the building mass through direct connection to the concrete ceiling. This means that, in addition to conventional water- and air-based cooling, the storage capacity of the building mass is also available.
The thermal building mass connection allows heat to be stored temporarily in the concrete ceiling and released again later. In this way, the building mass can be integrated specifically into the heating and cooling concept.
Thanks to the closed ceiling construction, the U4X Hybrid system also achieves good sound absorption values in the lower frequency range.
The U4X climate ceiling system is suitable for offices, conference rooms, hotels, schools and other commercial spaces. It combines heating and cooling, thermal building mass connection and acoustics in one system.
