Recycled steel inside-out

It might not be visible on the outside, but GOLD is definitely green on the inside. Using a majority of steel with reduced carbon footprint in the casing, both internally and externally, makes GOLD a pioneer in the industry.

The outcome is significantly lower embodied CO2:

Around 30% lower GWP compared to using traditional steel
Over 70% of the total steel weight is represented by recycled steel

OptiFlow optimizes airflow through the entire GOLD unit, reducing pressure drops and improving fan efficiency. By redesigning key components that surround the fan wheel, enlarging the heat exchanger and introducing new filters, energy efficiency is significantly improved. The result is lower operating costs and CO₂ emissions throughout the unit’s lifetime.

Simplify site entry for smooth renovations

Renovations require energy-efficient, renovation‑friendly AHUs designed for upgrade and easy site entry. Instead of struggling with a full-size unit, our large GOLD PX units can now easily be taken apart into manageable sections. A selection of our plate heat exchangers cubes can be dismounted into several sections on site, making installation much easier, especially in tight spaces.
