Medtronic in Milan

Medtronic is a company specialised in medical technology for chronic diseases. The company's Italian subsidiary, Medtronic Italia SpA, moved to new premises outside Milan in May 2003.

The building Edilmarelli was built by the Gruppo Pasini and is located in the Milan-Sesto San Giovanni area. The building is equipped by Comfort Systems with Swegon's BSA chilled beams, and a Seralwall active facade. The summer commissioning was done during a heat peak for two weeks, with 38°C outside. Inside, the temperature was a constant 23°C, without draught.
