Electronic pressure sensor
FUNCTION
KSP is an electronic pressure sensor for the e.r.i.c. system. The pressure sensor is of the static type, i.e. there is no risk of fouling. KSP is available as a complete product for circular ducts and for surface mounting on rectangular ducts.
QUICK FACTS
- Pressure measurement within 10-300 Pa
- Static non fouling pressure measurement
- Compact design for all installation instances
- Available in sizes Ø160 to Ø500 and size dependent design for rectangular ducts

Figure 1.KSP for circular and rectangular ducts.
DESIGN (See figure 1)
KSP is available as standard in a circular design which is fully mounted on the unit via a sleeve fitted with a rubber seal against the duct system. In rectangular design, intended for assembly on the outside of rectangular ducts, the pressure sensor is mounted on a shelf with screw holes and equipped with a seal against the duct side.
MATERIALS AND SURFACE TREATMENT
All sheet metal parts are in galvanized sheet steel. All plastic parts are completely PVC free and are generally made of ABS-plastic.
INSTALLATION (See figures 2, 3 and 4)
KSP can be installed in any position in climate-conditioned areas. The diaphragm on the pressure sensor must always be mounted vertically. When installed horizontally the sensor position must be changed after installation. Electrical connection should be made according to the wiring diagram documented in the product section for KZP and KZM.
NOTE! The pressure sensor is supplied as standard for supply air systems. The pressure hose connection should be moved with installation in exhaust air systems, see figure 3.
MAINTENANCE
Dirty products may only be cleaned by wiping or vacuum cleaning.
DECLARATIONS
The product is CE marked.
CE declaration and Environmental Product Declaration are available from our website.
PLANNING
The pressure sensor is installed according to the recommendations in the planning guide located in the technical section. Demand on straight sections see figure 4.

Figure 2.Installation area requirements.

Figure 4.Demand on straight sections before KSP.
CONNECTION
KSP is connected to a 24 V AC power supply and is fuse protected with max 6 A. All other connections are made according to the wiring diagram for the product that KSP is to be connected to, see KZP or KZM.
