GOLD & Waterborne indoor climate products for ANZ Tower Auckland

Swegon International Business Unit has in partnership with Green Solutions Limited in Zealand just received its largest joint order ever when Airpro Mechanical in Auckland placed an order for the refurbishment of one of Auckland’s tallest buildings. It is the 31 storey ANZ Tower located in the CBD that will undergo a total refurbishment during 2012.
The building owner which is AMP Trust is one of Oceania’s larger real estate owner and the tenant ANZ Bank a leading local banking Group. Both the building owner and the main tenant were early in the project stating a preference to the Swegon Solution due to the energy efficient solution and the high quality indoor climate provided.
Swegon will supply 40 GOLD D RX with hygroscopic rotor and 5 GOLD SD air handling units. The building will have a decentralised ventilation solution with 2 GOLD RX units on each floor. One of the main advantages for the Swegon Solution was that the GOLD are very compact thus fitting in the very small existing plant rooms on each floor.
In addition to the GOLD units Swegon has also obtained an order for 1610 Pacific, Primo and FRB beams. These are planned for each of the 31 floors.
